I intend to rent my first own apartment. I have no rental history. I lived with my sister in her rented house, but my name is not on the contract, I am rich owner's name and # in my request for a lease to live with her?
And if not, only that I leave it blank?
It calls for the implementation of the outstanding debt. This includes the balance on my credit card? (This is not enlarged.)
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you pay rent to your sister, then maybe you have your information to the agency are those which the tenant can provide. If not, leave it blank. Outstanding debt not covered, or until all debts.
numerous requests for account information application, including your account number ..... Never give out the numbers .... they use to exploit the opportunities that the future .....
I use the owners to ask your sister if the owner's permission for which he / she is not ready.
