I got hurt on my deck that had a big hole in it that my landlord was fixing, should she pay my Er bill? - fixing decks

It was a big hole in our terrace over a year now, and it hurts me (it was a guard, but do not block the full opening. If the owner (New York) I pay for medical expenses? "She does not believe that I but because their wealth is made, caused the construction of what I think I should. Who's right?

Your landlord has to fix things in time. It looks like what you did. Then it comes up when you said do not worry. In the end, I think, when asked the name of your insurance company that was willing the bill or the insurance to pay.

I think that is correct. She knew that the hole is not yet taken the necessary precautions.

I think they should pay. There should be a series of rights and guarantees, and I would say that operations do not comply with a big hole in a pierced lid for one year with the warranty of habitability, if not entirely abandoned.

I think they were certainly aware of the hole. It was his own stupidity that caused the accident through no fault of the owners.
