Biasi Riva Compact M90E.24S - legal?!? - biasi boiler flame problems
Please help ...
We have a M90E.24S Biasi Riva Compact, and (as I have seen in a similar position), there are problems:
1) It seems as if it is small, but the connection failed after 5 attempts, and later, and the lights of the flame in the boiler.
2) If you return the hot water tap water is heated immediately, going from hot, ice cold, heat ... Why?
3) What is a combi boiler the same as a capacitor?
And finally, can someone tell me whether it is legal!?
An electrician came to the boiler see today and said it was "illegal" due to a change in the rules (you can not find anywhere online) to view, all the boilers gas condensing boilers, ...
